‘'You don't have to be great to start, but you need to start to be great'’ is the dictum & guiding principle of this young serial entrepreneur with a clear vision of building each of his businesses into profitable ventures & further integrating them in creating an organization that will create value for its employees, community & stakeholders.

Raghavan graduated in Commerce from Madras University in 2000 and did his Masters in Management in 2002. Immediately thereon he set up his Management Consultancy in Chennai & expanded his business to South Africa in 2007, to tap the enormous opportunity in the African market. In 2009, he set up RSG Energy, the flagship company of the RSG Group and later created the other businesses under the RSG banner.

He did not want to be just another young entrepreneur building a company. His vision is to build an enterprise that delivers meaningful solutions to the ever increasing infrastructure demands of an emerging & growing India. As a responsible business leader, his focus is on inclusive growth - be it through employee empowerment, community involvement or eco-friendly initiatives. He is an avid proponent of green & clean technology.

His other business ventures include Engineering projects, Daylighting Systems, Management & Advisory services and Sports Management.

Raghavan sets the vision & strategy for the group & his entrepreneurial ventures are ably supported by his team of professional managers & advisors.
